Sprint Transcript
This is the actual chat transcript between a sprint customer service rep and myself. I later found out that it was indeed a real person and not a chat bot. Tell me if I was wrong to get frustrated.

How did you get a transcript of your conversation? I have been trying to get a copy of the transcript of several conversations I had with sprint, and I keep getting the run around. Yesterday I was told that the conversations were proprietary!! If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
They e-mailed it to me right after the chat session had ended.
