I think it started with Joshua Blankenship back in 2008. Varick Rosete of nGenWorks also took a shot at it.

The Rules:

    The first article title on the page is the name of your band.
  3. flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/
    The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
